OTR Litefoot Flat Profile Tires

The OTR Litefoot Flat Profile is an all season tire made for lawnmowers and garden tractors.

Superb controllability and maneuvering are guaranteed with this model. The S-shaped blocks and the groove pattern work together in order to increase its overall handling. These elements maintain surface contact at all times, upgrading steering responsiveness and driving stability. It results in quick and precise steering responses, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. Their combination makes sure the driver has better control over the vehicle at all times.

The ideal tread design helps to increase its field terrain grip. The S-shaped blocks and the groove pattern effectively enhance the tire’s soft and loose terrain traction. These elements provide the biting edges in order to improve its surface traction, ensuring its better forward motion at all times. Additionally, the tread also keeps the footprint clean throughout the drive. On the other hand, the tread elements manage to ease the driving pressure off the surface. It avoids damage caused to grass and field terrains, ensuring a secure field-friendly driving experience.

The OTR Litefoot Flat Profile offers better load durability. The special bias-ply internal structure does not allow the tire to deform under load and driving pressure. This helps to increase the tire’s exceptional load capacity, as the tire maintains its ideal shape under load pressure. This combination enables the tire’s safer performance, even under larger loads.

This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire’s internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire’s non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire’s ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.

The photo is a representation of the tire’s possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
